Positive: Von zuhause aus war alles in Ordnung, Korrespondenz mit einer Freundlichen Dame die mir noch am Freitag Nacht nach 22 Uhr die Zimmermädchen geschickt hat. Ansonst habe ich bei Booking auf deutsch gebucht und dann kam alles auf Englisch oder Französisch. Negative: Die Dusche sollten Sie sich mal anschauen eine Zumutung so ein Dreck haben wir noch nicht unter die Augen bekommen.

Sympa mais quelques détails décevant Positive: La localisation en plein centre de colmar. Negative: Une odeur de remontée d’égout dans la salle de bain. Une serrure qui bug, in est obligé de fermé a clé pour retirer la clé de la porte. Le fait que j’ai demandé à annuler après m’âtre aperçu que le parking était en supplément et assez chère. Cela a été juste refusé mais on a même pas pris la peine de me contacter pour m’expliquer que le parking reste gratuit de 19h à 9h en centre ville, au contraire j’ai reçu un message m’incitant à payer leur parking… On découvre des choses après avoir réservé, comme par exemple qu’il y a un dispositif d’écoute dans l’appartement pour assurer la tranquillité du voisinage…interdiction formelle de le débrancher sinon on perd la caution… c’est écrit que ça ne garde aucun enregistrement mais j’aime pas Ça quand même.

Positive: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is excellent, just a short walk from all the main attractions in Colmar. The support team was very responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine, iron, microwave, TV with YouTube and music access, and the well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully prepared. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colmar. Negative: The only small downside was that the apartment had a standing fan instead of air conditioning. The fan worked well, but during hot summer days, air conditioning would have made the stay absolutely perfect.

Positive: Communication, very clean, location.
