A stay with good location but disappointing overall quality Positive: The strengths of this location are its excellent position, close to the train station, the city center, and the Noël Féérique amusement park. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cutlery, and an oven. The staff is responsive and answers messages promptly. Easy check in. Negative: The biggest issue is the safety of the building. The floor is visibly slanted and creaks everywhere. I understand that the building is old and has its charm, but you genuinely feel like either the ceiling might collapse on you or the floor might give way beneath your feet. Cleanliness is superficial: the kitchen sink and dishes were dirty, and I had to wash everything before using it. The bed linen appeared questionably clean, with visible stains. The bathroom light flickers. The tablecloth was dirty. For the very high price paid, there wasn’t even a new dish sponge—only a heavily used one—and no dishwashing liquid provided. Overall, the quality is far below the price paid.

Positive: Muito bem localizado. Apesar de apresentar fotos mais favorecedoras do que a realidade, o apartamento é aceitável. O contacto ao proprietário - resposta imediata quando necessário. Negative: O WC, nomeadamente o chuveiro. No primeiro dia ficamos sem água quente a meio da segunda pessoa que estava a tomar banho. Ficamos sem perceber se era por serem 22:30h (não sabemos se há horas limite para banho) ou se acabou a água quente. Considerando que o apartamento tem capacidade máxima de 4 pessoas não é aceitável que essas 4 pessoas não possam tomar banho de seguida. Nesse dia contactei o alojamento que mesmo sendo aquelas horas me respondeu de imediato. A partir desse dia não voltamos a arriscar tomar banho tarde nem as 4 pessoas, por isso não sei se voltaria a acontecer. A torneira é moderna mas não é muito intuitiva - já conhecia a forma de funcionar, mas confesso que não é muito boa para quem toma contacto com ela pela primeira vez. Zona da sanita muito estreita para quem for mais largo. Outra coisa que não apreciei foi o ruído da rua e o ruído das pessoas do andar de cima a caminhar (a estrutura da casa é antiga e ouve-se de tal forma que parece que estão a andar dentro do nosso apartamento).

Nous avons demandé des remediations qui n’ont jamais eu lieu. Appartement très mal insonorisé
