Modernes Apartment in historischem Gebäude - perfekt für einen Kurztrip ins Elsass Positive: Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen zur kleinen Innenstadt - Bäckerei, Restaurants und Läden waren schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war modern und groß genug für 2 Personen. Der Blick in den Innenhof und die Fachwerkhäuserfassade gefiel mir besonders. Negative: Leider ließ sich die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, da sie sich verzogen hatte, was wir direkt der Agentur mitteilten. Die Kommunikation mit Jackina war aber schnell und sehr zuvorkommend: am nächsten Tag wurde die Tür anstandslos repariert.

Great location and nice building. Good as a base in colmar Positive: Location was great and quiet. Long stay parking right next door. 5 min walk to covered market etc. Spacious flat with great natural light, and in a charming building. Communication with owners were smooth and we got clear instructions before checking in. Negative: The door to the bathroom couldn’t shut (it got wedged at 10-15cm and couldn’t go further…) it is a bathroom and requires privacy! we were a group of 4 so this was ridiculous. This needs to be addressed asap!! The flat was modern and there has been some nice touches but it seemed some details were not paid attention. There were about 20 coffee capsules and a coffee machine which was well received but no tea bags despite there being a kettle. I appreciate it is a self catered flat but this would’ve been a standard offering. There was also no tea towel in the kitchen and a rusty bin in the bathroom. There was a soap dispenser in the shower but it was empty and then a soap bottle on the floor instead. Candles but no matches. Nice lamps in the bedroom but no nightstands for 3 of the bed sides. It is a lovely space and just needs an additional few touches to make it outstanding and more practical instead of decorative.
