Positive: Appartamento ben arredato, accogliente ideale per la famiglia e vicino al centro di Colmar. Spazi buoni per cinque persone. Qualche infisso un po' "storico" ma il soggiorno è andato bene.

Céntrico pero poco confortable Positive: La localización Negative: La ducha inundaba el baño porque había obstrucciones en el drenaje. Hubo fuga de agua en el fregadero de la cocina. Vino un técnico a reparar ambas cosas después de 2 días del aviso. Letreros en la ventana y en el frigorífico de avisos de defectos para tener cuidado al usarlos. Falta de mobiliario útil en las habitaciones. Una habitación tenia el calentador en un armario y productos de limpieza en el otro. Pusimos la ropa en una mesa. La entrada al apartamento tenía una escalera de caracol, no se indicó en el anuncio que estaba en una segunda planta

Positive: öffentlicher Parkplatz gleich neben dem Haus, unkompliziertes "Übergabe" es Schlüssels und Abreise, eine sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ausreichend Ventilatoren für heiße Tage, gute Kücjenausstattung, tolle Lage, bequeme Betten, reichlich gute Handtücher, etwas Ausstattung in der Küche (Geschirrtuch, Reinigungstabs, einige Kaffeekapslen...) Negative: Die badezimmertür war so verzogen, dass (zum Glück nur zum Flus) sie sich nicht schließen ließ un d leider waren einige Fenster defekt und ließen sich nicht öffnen. Auch lassen sich die Fenster nicht kippen, sondern nur ganz öffnene, ohne dass sie dabei arretierbar sind - das ist suboptimal für ie Nächte...

Absolutely gorgeous place, charming old building from outside and beautiful and modern from inside.

Right in the city center. Was lovely place to walk around at night. Positive: Location was really good and you can find the parking right away. Negative: The drain was blocked and the water wouldn't go down, making it tough to shower.
