Agréable et bien situé Positive: Le confort en général (literie, équipement…) Le vieux Colmar accessible à pied La propreté L’esprit cosy Le rapport qualité / prix Negative: Le bruit dans la rue (passants, véhicules) quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes la nuit Le rideau de douche pas pratique La table du salon trop petite pour 3 personnes

Positive: Hele fijne locatie dicht bij het centrum. Complete keuken, fijne bedden Negative: Het appartement vangt de gehele dag zon, maar zonder zonnewering was het binnen net als buiten zo'n 33 graden. Helaas konden de geleverde ventilatoren daar niet tegenop. Daarnaast matig schoon en niet family-friendly zoals beschreven (smal trappenhuis met stijle trappen, kinderwagen kon niet naar boven of ergens gestald worden).

Excellent stay Positive: Centrally located, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. One small comment, the rooms’ facilities include a washing machine which makes you expect a private washing machine in each apartment. This is not the case and instead the washing machine was communal in a very small space on the ground floor. Did not affect the quality of our stay which overall was excellent.

Top Lage in der Nähe vom Park Champ de Mars Positive: Die Lage ist perfekt zum Zentrum von Colmar . Es gibt eine sehr gute Patisserie mit super Croissants fußläufig in der Nähe. Negative: Das Backrohr war leider nicht gereinigt. Sonst war aber alles sauber. Das dritte Bett - Couch muß selber hergerichtet und bezogen werden. Das Bild bei der Buchung stimmt nicht überein, da er s 4 Wohnung gib, die zum Teil im 1 oder auch 2 Stock sind. In Wohnung Nr. 2 ist auch keine Klimaanlage, enges Treppenhaus.
