Negative: Starker chemiseifengeruch im ganzen Haus, mit Taubenkot verunreinigtes Küchen und Schlafzimmerfenster. Das Küchenfenster ist zugewachsen. Vor dem Hauseingang halten sich einige zwielichtige Gestalten auf und die Straße ist eher runtergekommen und stinkend.

Terrible hygiene and structure with many internal steps Negative: We stayed here for four days in August 2025. The apartments were poorly renovated: there were steps everywhere to get from one room to the next, with a risk of falling at every step. The hygiene situation was unacceptable. Dead insects in the corners of the rooms and on the dormer curtains (with the risk of them falling onto the bed). Bird droppings on the windowsill: we couldn't open the window because the droppings would have fallen into the house. A nightmare! We called the owner and he sent someone to clean after two days, but the cleaning was far too superficial. We couldn't change because there were no other apartments available in Mulhouse.

A good place to stay for 2-4 days. Positive: I stayed at this hotel in Mulhouse and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The rooms are spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location is also fantastic – close to major sights but tucked away just enough to offer a peaceful and relaxing stay. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of – highly recommend for anyone visiting Mulhouse! Negative: The bed in the living room was very uncomfortable for two.
